Sorry I was trying to do a few weeks but it has been good after morning shower I can move my neck without thinking and 95per cent free of pain and on normal days I can be good for 8hrs on days out sometimes I get some pain. But I am pleased thankyou My husband is sleeping better with the herb bag in the pillow.

Excellent cream relieved the pain in 5 minutes. I took a hot bath then applied to bad joints and after 5 minutes the joints felt easier. Just ordered more . Good product recommended . 5 *
